With the number of abandoned buildings surfacing, this can create new opportunities to design something that would benefit those who come to work and explore the artistic view of Newark without colliding with each other's paths. With this art gallery, it lets visitors to explore art from various views from the ground level to the underground gallery space with workspaces for those who want to produce and display new innovative art pieces for the scuplture park near Newark Penn station and bringing a community of people together which is what the Ironbound is known for.
